Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lesson Worlds at https://www.lessonworlds.com, operated by Shabe Ai Corp.. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Lesson Worlds offers supplemental school-practice games for Grades 1–8, plus reading, interactive labs and virtual field trips. Educators and families can also create learning activities. Teachers and parents sign in with email. Children use parent-created usernames and passwords for their saved learning paths; eligible free and classroom activities can also be played through shared links. Practice completion does not by itself demonstrate mastery.

We may update features, game templates, and plan limits. Material changes to paid plans will be communicated in advance where required.

• Adult account holders must provide a valid email. All users must keep their accounts secure.
• Adult accounts use a parent or educator dashboard appropriate to their account type. Parents manage their children's profiles and sign-in credentials.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to subscribe.

Free access includes labelled game samples, free Signature games, the Gravity lab, reading worlds and expert-led field trips.

Family membership (Household), US$4.99/month, billed via Stripe; up to 3 child profiles, saved Grades 1–8 school-practice paths, the wider grade and subject game library, all interactive labs, and parent progress features including available skill-check results. Activities and checks vary by grade and subject. Additional membership features include unlimited Explain mode, unlimited personal worlds, Living Ink, and Discord access under their applicable terms. Parents create each child's username and password; kids sign in with those credentials.

Existing Educator (~$14.99/month), Plus ($4.99/month per child), and Family (~$8/month) subscriptions continue until canceled in the Stripe billing portal. Those existing subscriptions retain their applicable plan terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled in the Stripe billing portal. If payment fails, your account may revert to Free limits until payment is updated. Taxes may apply based on your location.

You retain ownership of lesson plans, questions, and other materials you upload or paste. You grant us a license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate Lesson Worlds (including AI parsing to build games) and to show games to players you authorize via links.

You represent that you have the right to use and share the content you submit and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes
• Submit content that is obscene, hateful, or infringes intellectual property
• Attempt to bypass billing limits, scrape the service, or abuse AI or API endpoints
• Impersonate others or collect student personal data beyond what the product requires

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Lesson Worlds is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that games will meet every educational outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shabe Ai Corp. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
